1 Tsp Honey
100ml Almond or Oat Milk
150g Low-fat Quark (or Greek Yogurt as an alternative)
A handful of Blueberries
A handful of Raspberries

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add 40g of oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

Incorporate Quark: Add 150g of low-fat quark to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Add Berries: Gently fold in a handful of blueberries and raspberries, reserving a few for topping.
Let It Sit in the fridge over night: Allow the mixture to sit for a few hours so that the chia seeds and oats can absorb the liquid, thickening the mixture.
